Calling all Yogis! Join Windmill Yoga Samantha Wilson and Hakan Aydın Dokuzoglu for a day of healing and transformation as we take time to realign and recalibrate, creating equilibrium in the body and rejuvenation for the soul
The day starts at 10:00 with Rise and Shine Yoga – a group yoga session designed to start the day in the best way.
At 11.30 you can choose between Gentle Yoga Flow wave where you’ll be guided through a beautiful sequence of poses, or a Mindful Meditation – a tranquil session to calm the body and mind
We will then enjoy a ‘Bring Your Own picnic lunch before we head into the afternoon sessions…
1:00 you can choose between Rest and Digest Yin Yoga with – a luxuriously slow-paced session where poses are held for a longer time, or The Magic of Breathing – exploring the benefits of mindful breathing techniques
2:00 We’ll finish the day with a group session that includes Kirtan (call-and-response style chanting) Yoga Nidra (deep rest reached through guided meditation) A Gong Sound Bath (sound healing meditation)
